Terms of use
Last updated: August 2, 2026
1. General provisions
SafarLine is an online platform that provides information about tourism services (places, experiences, City Pass) and enables their booking and payment. Using the site constitutes acceptance of these terms.
2. Role of the platform
Experiences and services are provided directly by independent partners (guides, workshops, businesses). SafarLine arranges booking and payment; the partner is responsible for the quality of its service. In disputes, the platform mediates between the parties.
3. Booking and payment
A booking is accepted when capacity is available and takes effect upon partner confirmation or online payment. Prices are shown in UZS. Online payments are processed via Payme and Click; card details are not stored on the platform.
4. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel a booking before the experience starts. Bookings paid online and cancelled in time are refunded in full (3–5 business days, depending on the payment system). If the partner cancels the service, the payment is refunded unconditionally.
5. User obligations
Users must provide accurate information at registration, protect their account, and use the platform for lawful purposes. Fake bookings, fake reviews, or actions violating the rights of others may lead to account restrictions.
6. Reviews
Reviews are accepted only from guests who have actually used the service. Offensive, false, or promotional reviews may be removed.
7. Limitation of liability
The platform is not liable for indirect damages caused by technical failures, force majeure, or a partner's failure to provide the service — in such cases liability is limited to refunding the amount paid.
8. Changes
SafarLine reserves the right to update these terms. Significant changes are announced on the site; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
