1. What data we collect

At registration: name, email, optional phone number, and language preference. During use: bookings, reviews, City Pass scans, and the security log (sign-in/sign-out records). On the SOS page, your location is used only when you press the button, only to generate a link, and is never stored on the server.

2. How we use your data

Data is used to provide the service (bookings, payments, notifications), ensure security, and improve the service. Marketing messages are sent only with your consent.

3. Payment data

Card details are never stored on the platform — payments are processed in the certified systems of Payme and Click (PCI DSS requirements).

4. Sharing with third parties

Booking details are shared only with the partner providing the service (name, number of participants, date). Statistics for the authorities are provided only in anonymized, aggregate form — no personal data is transferred. Your data is never sold.

5. Storage and protection

Data is stored on servers located in Uzbekistan, in accordance with the Law “On Personal Data” (No. ZRU-547). Passwords are stored as irreversible hashes, and connections are protected with HTTPS. For foreign citizens we follow GDPR principles.

6. Your rights

You can view and edit your data on the profile page. To request deletion of your account and the personal data linked to it, contact us — requests are fulfilled within 30 days.

7. Cookies

The site uses only essential cookies: session (sign-in state), language preference, and security (CSRF). No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
